100% EFFORT is GOOD!

Today I heard something very true:

It is possible to give 100% effort, 100% of the time.

Even when you’re not able to perform at 100% CAPACITY, you can still give 100% EFFORT.

I hope that makes sense. It’s something that I will personally keep in mind when I feel the EVIL twin forces of LAZINESS and BOREDOM bearing down on my mind and will!
